The operation went well right from the first contact. I was well informed and taken care of throughout the process.Nothing negative to say about the procedure so far, it's been five days, so the healing is underway, I can recommend it!Thanks!

FUE hair transplant. Where to start? Just concatc this agency and the journey starts. They contact you with WA which felt a bit weird at start. Things developed in my command, iMed didnt push or pressed me on their selling process. That felt good that I had plenty of time to think this process. From Istanbul airport started Imeds part and they picked me up just as planned and driver took me to the hotell. The first impact on the process was when I saw two friends after the operation in the hotell! Next morning they picked me up as planned. I didnt have a support person with me and I was scarred / nervous. Emre (personnel of iMed) hopped in and calmed me down a bit, big thanks for that Emre! The operation started rapidly with 3 operators plus Emre to translate how things are going and what is going to happen. Long day for all.Everything went well in schedule. I keep that fifth star for now and I'll see what future brings on my scalp. Perhaps I dont have to change my profile picture from year 2017 at all?? 😁Nice experience so far. I got operated fift of september.

Merci pour cette Clinic mais surtout merci au gens qui mon entourer, une opération n’est pas facile mais on se sent soutenu, importante, je peux vous dire que moralement ça joue énormément, sur wastsap on vous envoie tous les jours un message pour vois comment vous allez , ils viennent même vous voir dans la chambre d’hôtel, merci à Melle qui adorable comme tout, passionné par son travail et de bons conseils ! à Zineb qui très réactive sur watsap et qui vous conseil aussi et aux infirmières qui sont d’une douceur avec vous et bien sûr le docteur Turgut Kayadibi pour l’opération. C’était une belle expérience!

Nach langem Suchen habe ich endlich meinen Arzt gefunden. Bei mir wurde am 17.9.2024 eine bbl op. Durchgeführt mit j-plasma also noch ganz frisch aber das Ergebnis ist jetzt schon einfach super und ich bin mega glücklich ich hatte von Anfang an überhaupt keine schmerzen es verlief problem los die ersten 3 tage ist es etwas schwer sich zu setzen. Hinlegen „4 wochen nur auf dem Bauch“ aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran ich habe es mir schlimmer vorgestellt eine j-plasma behandlung braucht 3-6 monate bis es sich richtig bemerkbar macht ich werde auf jeden fall dann noch mal was schreiben soviel erst mal zu der op…… von anfang bis ende hat man hier eine perfekt organisierte Operation man wird am flughafen mit dem vip service abgeholt sehr nette hilfsbereiteFahrer die operation findet in einer sehr schönen. Privaten Klinik statt das Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber und auf höchstem Niveau das personal an der Aufnahme sehr nett die schwestern ebenso zusätzlich hat imed und dr turgut kayadibi im krankenhaus 24 stunden seine eigenen krankenschwestern die sich um einen kümmern das ist auf jeden fall ein plus ich weiss jetzt leider nicht mehr die ganzen. Namen aber die sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und immer da wenn man die braucht ganz besonders bedanke ich mich an schwester Melisa sie ist eine sehr tolle und liebe krankenschwester fachlich erfahren ich konnte sie sogar abends um 23 uhr noch anrufen oder anschreiben. Sie hat immer sofort geantwortet wann man sie brauchte einen ganz ganz grossen dank an sie 🌹und die Sibel sie ist die person die sich um alles gekümmert bis man in den op. Kommt die aufnahme anmeldung ins krankenhaus sie kümmert sich um alles ich musste nichts machen 🫶🏼ganz ganz lieben dank auch an Sibel und natürlich an Dr.Turgut Kayadibi ein toller doc. Er hört zu was die person möchte und was man für wünsche hat und holt einfach nur das beste raus danke an dr kayadibi und danke an das ganze team ihr seit echt toll 🫶🏼

Ik had vorig jaar een consult aangevraagd, maar door privéomstandigheden kon ik niet meer gaan. Twee weken geleden heb ik een bericht gestuurd of ik nog kon komen en ik mocht de oude offerte nog gebruiken, wat ik fijn vond omdat er geen verhoging was. Binnen drie weken kon ik mijn harttransplantatie krijgen.In Turkije aangekomen, werden mijn dochter en ik opgehaald door een chauffeur in een prachtige auto. Dezelfde dag kreeg ik een appje van mijn begeleider. Hij was ontzettend lief, behulpzaam en legde alles tot in de puntjes uit. De volgende dag werd ik door hem opgehaald en hij gaf me onderweg veel uitleg en goede tips.In het ziekenhuis aangekomen, werd ik meteen geholpen. De arts was zo vriendelijk en stelde me op mijn gemak. Ze vroeg constant of ik tevreden was met mijn getekende haarlijn. Na het tekenen begon mijn harttransplantatie. De arts was ontzettend lief en vroeg constant of alles goed ging, of ik het koud had en of ik een deken wilde. Rond half 1 hadden we pauze en daarna zouden ze de voorkant doen. Ze brachten lunch.Na mijn behandeling nam de arts de tijd om alles uit te leggen, inclusief alle tools die ik mee kreeg. Ik kon alles vragen, wat ik erg prettig vond. De volgende dag kwam iemand mijn verband verwijderen en later op de dag werden we opgehaald om terug te gaan naar Nederland. Ik had een fijne ervaring en het stelde me gerust dat ze ervaring hadden met kroeshaar. Bij aankomst in Nederland kreeg ik nog een appje dat ik altijd vragen kon stellen en dat mijn begeleider nog steeds voor me klaarstaat. Het was een top ervaring. En ter aanvulling ik kreeg ook een video en goeie uitleg over de nazorg.

From my first contact with Imedical till now, I have had nothing but PREMIER service with the communication, plan of care, and treatments provided. The four day process of receiving my porcelain veneers was the best experience of my life. The staff and dentist were exceptional professional, wonderful, welcoming & caring. They made every effort to make certain I receive the veneers I’ve always dreamt of having. 💕Emre, our english translator, made the total experience even better and he deserves 100 out of 10 stars. He is a very huge asset to the Imed company and was the number one reason I was so comfortable with the whole process. He is so approachable, friendly, patient and made sure every detail was communicated and understood. 🙏💕 Again, this had been the best experience of my life so far, and I am so thankful for everything the team at Imed has helped us with. I went to iMed for a rhinoplasty and from the very first consult, to the transfer to Istanbul, the surgery and the recovery in the hotel everything has been perfect. As I went by myself I was slightly worried about not having any support, but I was amazed at how well everything is organized and felt like I was in great hands at all times. The team, from coordination/support to nursing staff, is very knowledgeable, empathic and friendly. Then, most importantly, I am very pleased with the results of the surgery, I wish I had done it sooner!

I arrived in turkey in July 2024 I have never really liked my teeth my whole life I am 29 years old and I cannot thank imed for the brilliant work they have done my smile is amazing from start to finish the staff were amazing from the airport transfers to the hotel staff and especially the staff in the dentists they made me feel very welcome and they were very professional in all aspects my translator emre was very good I would highly recommend him also when choosing the package I would recommend tzl suites as your hotel it’s a beautiful hotel staff and food are great

Let me start off by saying, it was the easiest thing I've ever done. In the beginning, I thought a lot about it and I was very scared. I thought it was going to be painful and a long process. I had five procedures at once - rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, temporal lift, eyebrow bone reduction, and trachea shave. It was pretty easy for me to handle by myself, thanks to the support and assistance I received. SITi spoke to me for months before I finally made my date. She had a lot of patience with me and answered all the questions I could possibly have. When I arrived, Deborah took care of me and helped me get everything ready for surgery. SIBEL is the SWEETEST- I can't express how she made everything so much easier for me. She has a caring soul full of advice and conversations. I'm coming back for more procedures! My name is Norah, and I came from Canada to undergo a BBL. Today marks the fifth day since my surgery, and I must say, from start to finish, I've had an exceptional experience. The surgeon is amazing and knowledgeable, and I'm thrilled with my results. The nurses at the hospital were also incredible during my stay. Despite being alone, they took excellent care of me. The transfer was smooth, and communication was always on point.

From when I made the decision to go with imed everything was easy.From dealing with the WhatsApp coordinator, to my on arrival schedule.Even a video was sent where to go upon arrival to met your driver.The Dr is extremely through and meticulous and you can see he is very passionate about this work.All the staff I delt with at imed , from my translator and hospital coordinator sibell and Melissa my home visit nurse were all fantastic.I never once felt lonely or worried, there was always someone ready to greet me kindness and ready to answer any questions I had.The accommodation was extremely comfortable, they even upgraded my room. Which made the experience that little bit better.Over all the entire experience from start to finish was 5 star.

Ik heb 2,5 jaar geleden 22 kronen laten zetten bij iMed, waar ik nog steeds ontzettend blij mee ben. De service was toen al erg fijn, ik ben vanuit Nederland uitstekend door Zubeyde geholpen. De kliniek is erg hygiënisch en het personeel professioneel en vriendelijk. In de tussentijd ben ik nog 2 keer (inclusief deze week) terug geweest voor een check up van mijn kronen en om een kleine complicatie te laten fiksen. Ook toen ben ik goed door Zubeyde geholpen vanuit Nederland om dit te regelen. Ik kon gelijk en zonder problemen terecht. Op locatie was mijn begeleider/vertaler Emre ook erg behulpzaam, aardig, en professioneel en ook beiden keren weer door de lokale tandartsen goed geholpen. Al met al een super fijne ervaring gehad tot nu toe!
