Aftercare LIPOSUCTION and/or BBL surgery
Congratulations on completing your BBL surgery and/or liposuction! Now that you’ve had your check-up and your drains have been removed, it’s time to focus on your aftercare. Don’t worry, it’s not all bad news! Here are some happy tips to keep in mind:
– You can finally take a shower after 24 hours! It’s amazing how refreshing a good shower can feel after surgery.
– Say goodbye to those large white patches – you can remove them during or after your first shower. It’s a small step, but it’s progress!
– Keep those smaller brown patches on for 21 days – but don’t worry if one falls off, it’s not a big deal. After each shower, please disinfect your patches with Crystalin.
– After those 21 days, you get to use Crystalin spray to disinfect your scars. It’s a small act of self-care that can help your scars heal beautifully.
– Your sutures are dissolvable, so you don’t have to worry about getting them removed. But if they’re bothering you, you can have them taken out after 3 weeks.
For BBL Patients;
– And of course, you get to use your BBL pillow for at least 3 weeks. It’s a great excuse to relax and watch your favorite shows or read a good book! If you use your BBL Pillow longer than 3 weeks, is even much better.
Great news! After just 3 weeks, you’ll be able to catch some Zzz’s on your back and hit the road with your trusty BBL pillow.
Remember, every step you take in your aftercare is a step towards feeling even better about your amazing transformation. Keep up the good work!
And the excitement doesn’t stop there! After 6 weeks, you can gradually reintroduce sports into your routine. Just remember to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. Woohoo, let’s celebrate all the progress you’ve made on your journey to feeling amazing!
AFTERCARE
- You get to wear a fabulous clinical faja for the first two weeks! It’s like getting a new outfit!
- After two weeks, you get to switch to a stylish Colombian faja, which you can purchase from your masseur. How exciting!
- If needed, wear your ab board under your corset to enhance your results even more!
- For the first six weeks, embrace your beautiful faja and wear it 24/7.
- After six weeks, you can start to enjoy sleeping without your faja, but still wear it during the day. It’s like a little break!
- Consult with us or your masseuse to see how much longer you need to wear your faja. It depends how much swelling you have.
- The best part of recovery? Massages! Take advantage of this opportunity and start your massages 1 week till 10 days after your surgery. Your masseuse will let you know how many massages you’ll need.
- You can even receive your massages at our partner massage parlors, where we can keep an eye on your progress. It’s like being pampered at a spa! And keeping your guarantee.

Beste, mensen ik ben heel voorzichtig wat betreft ik laat doen in Turkije als je toch je doel wil behalen zal ik zekker voor imed kiezen heel goeie chirurg turgut hij geeft je een goed gevoel legt alles uit er is een tolk 24 uur stand-by MIA echt 1 schat van 1 mens ze hebben mij geholpen... was ook alleen maar voelde alsof ik met me familie was ik vertrouwde ze blind omdat het echt goed voelde... bedankt voor jullie hulp ben super blij met het resultaat.... als ik ooit iets nog wil veranderen kies ik zekker voor dokter Turgut....

Allereerst begon mijn ervaring bij iMed met Mia. We hebben samen aan de hand van foto's een behandelplan opgesteld namelijk liposuctie met jplasma en bbl. Ik kon al mijn vragen stellen, ook toen er steeds nieuwe vragen bij kwamen. Mia reageerde altijd snel, duidelijk en ontzettend vriendelijk, waardoor ik me vanaf het eerste moment op mijn gemak voelde.
Een paar dagen voor mijn operatie kwam de arts toevallig naar Nederland, waardoor ik nog een persoonlijk consult kon hebben. Lieve Zubeyde was daarbij aanwezig om eventueel te vertalen. Ook dit verliep heel hartelijk. Ik maakte me nog zorgen of liposuctie rondom mijn knie mogelijk was, maar zodra de arts aangaf dat dit kon, waren eigenlijk al mijn twijfels weg. Alles was duidelijk uitgelegd.
Bij aankomst op Istanbul Airport werden we opgehaald door een luxe privétransfer. In het hotel kregen we zelfs een kamer met balkon, omdat ik last heb van paniekaanvallen. Dat vond ik ontzettend attent. Diezelfde avond sneed ik helaas per ongeluk diep in mijn duim in een zenuw.
De volgende dag begon de operatiedag. Flora begeleidde mij hier heel fijn doorheen. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en ik voelde me nergens onzeker over. Tijdens het gesprek met de arts begreep hij met maar een paar woorden precies wat ik voor ogen had. Daarnaast keek hij ook direct naar mijn duim. Hij stelde me gerust en vertelde dat hij de wond tijdens de operatie meteen zou verzorgen en hechten. Dat gaf mij enorm veel vertrouwen.
Na de operatie was het natuurlijk flink bijkomen, maar Zeliş en Seda hebben mij fantastisch verzorgd. Hun vriendelijkheid, kennis en inlevingsvermogen hebben mij zowel fysiek als mentaal enorm geholpen. Omdat ik me na één dag nog niet goed genoeg voelde om terug te gaan naar het hotel, besloot de arts dat ik nog een nacht in het ziekenhuis mocht blijven. Dat gaf me een heel veilig gevoel; er werd echt gekeken naar wat ik nodig had.
Terug in het hotel kwam Melissa langs om mijn drains te verwijderen. Ook zij was ontzettend vriendelijk en stond altijd voor me klaar als ik vragen had tijdens ons verblijf buiten het ziekenhuis.
De dag voor vertrek ging ik terug voor de controle. Zelfs aan de kleinste details wordt gedacht: de transfer haalde me op vanuit de parkeergarage, zodat ik niet in de hete zon hoefde te wachten. Dat soort kleine dingen maken echt het verschil.
Tot slot wil ik mijn grootste compliment geven aan Dr. Turgut. Wat een geweldige arts. Hij begrijpt meteen wat je bedoelt, stelt je op je gemak en levert prachtig werk. Ik ben eerder door hem geopereerd voor een neuscorrectie en wist daardoor al dat ik opnieuw voor hem zou kiezen. Na deze ervaring weet ik het helemaal zeker: dit is mijn arts voor altijd! 😁
Bedankt aan het hele team voor de geweldige zorg, betrokkenheid en warmte. Ik heb me tijdens mijn hele traject veilig, gehoord en ontzettend goed verzorgd gevoeld.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire iMedical team. Travelling alone for surgery can be daunting, but everyone was so welcoming, professional, and supportive from start to finish. I always felt looked after and knew I could reach out if I needed anything.
I would especially like to thank Zübeyde and Batuhan. Zübeyde was amazing throughout the whole process, always checking in, answering questions, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Batuhan was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring, and his support made a huge difference during my stay and aswell as the other consultants there was another lady who supported me during my stay I just forget her name🥹 she was helping me get up and out of bed.

Ik ben naar Imed gegaan voor een haartransplantatie en ben tot nu toe zeer tevreden. Super fijn dat contact over de telefoon Nederlands was en de medicatie die je erna krijgt ook in het Nederlands stickers bevat! De doctors waren super en ik was alleen gegaan dus ik vond het heel fijn dat Emre van Imed bij me was die goed Engels kan!

The whole team, coordinators, nurses, Dr and even drivers and hotel staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly during my stay. I was a very anxious patient, but they treated me with respect and dignity through the entire process and kept me informed of all decisions made. Ik had jarenlang moeite met ruiken en ademen. Na mijn rhinoplasty bij Dr Turgut heb ik een lifechanging operatie gehad. Hierdoor kan ik eindelijk alles ruiken & goed ademen. Ik ben hem erg dankbaar. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Je hoeft je nergens zorgen over te maken ( alleen vliegtickets boeken) alles word geregeld!

A reliable clinic. There's nothing to complain about, completely organized from the first contact to the end. The dental clinic has specialized doctors who absolutely know what they're doing. Emre, as our contact person and translator, is very helpful and kind. From the very beginning, he took care of our arrival, stay, and return home. He was always available to us during our stay. I felt very well cared for. During my stay, I also had a wonderful time exploring Istanbul, vacationing, and enjoying the experience all in one. The hotel was also top-notch. I highly recommend it.

Dr Turgut did my first round lipo, bbl and tummy tuck and he extended my tummy tuck at the second round aswell as the lipo and bbl to make it more perfect to my body.
He did such a great job, i love it!!!!
He really made it how i wanted it and he was so compassionate with my situation.
Melle helped me the first round and Miss Zubeyde helpped me the second time through all of it, they are so sweet and helpful.

I I would like to share my experience with iMed, because it has been a very positive one for me.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Dr.Turgut Kayadibi for performing my surgery. I had a tummy tuck and a BBL, and I am extremely happy with my results. What stood out to me the most was that I did not have to explain much about my wishes. He understood exactly what I meant and truly delivered the results I was hoping for. For that, I am very grateful.
I would also like to thank Melle for all the help and guidance before my surgery. He reassured me a lot and was always there whenever I had questions. Whenever something needed to be arranged, he made sure it was handled quickly and properly. This gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.
I would also like to thank Mia for her help and for responding quickly and clearly to all of my questions. This gave me a lot of peace of mind during the entire process.
For the aftercare, I would like to give a big thank you to Melissa. She helped me tremendously after my surgery and took care of everything with great attention and care. That meant a lot to me during my recovery.
I would also like to thank the nurse and male nurse from iMed who took care of me in the hospital. In particular, I would like to thank the female nurse from iMed who took care of me during my stay in the hospital. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. Everything that needed to be arranged by iMed was organized perfectly down to the smallest details. At no point did I feel that something was not arranged properly or handled well. This gave me a lot of trust throughout the entire journey.
